1 cup hot water
1 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
7 cups ice
Make a simple syrup by dissolving 1 cup sugar into 1 cup of hot water.
Juice your lemons.
Add the lemon juice and syrup to a blender.
Add 1 cup of ice at a time and blend together.
After all your ice is blended, drop the last 1 tablespoon of sugar in and blend.
