TCBY Chocolate Yogurt Pie

TCBY Copycat Recipe

2/3 cup butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 pint TCBY Chocolate Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
whipped topping
caramel syrup

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt in a heatproof bowl.  Set in a skillet of simmering water and stir until butter is melted. Mixture should be smooth and hot. Remove bowl and set aside until warm.  Stir in vanilla extract. Add eggs separately, stirring after each one. Add flour after mixture becomes thick and well blended. Beat well with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.

Bake 20-25 minutes on until toothpick emerged in center of brownies is slightly moist with batter. Let brownies cool completely. Place scoops of softened frozen yogurt on brownie and spread evenly. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes to firm. Spread whipped topping over frozen yogurt and drizzle caramel syrup. Freeze over night.
Cut and serve.
